Security doors DL 1.1, grade RC2
These doors are certified as a class RC2N doors according to European standard EN 1627:2011. They are produced as exterior doors with increased resistance to burglary according to standard EN 14351-1+A1:2010 .
Security door RC2 class are available in single door (DL 1.1) and double door (DL 1.1/2).
Doors are produced in many different sizes according to individual needs or preferences. Door leaf is a 45mm thick, and is made from two steel sheets 1,0 mm thick which make an outer coat. Between, there is a filling with non-flammable insulation material. Around the perimeter of the door leaf is an adjacent gasket. Main lock is one-point handle lock certified in 2nd class. There is a possibility to mount additional lock. Additional locks are available as an option. Door wings are hung on two ball bearing hinges. Security doors can be ordered in glazed version with anti-burglary glass or extensions. Door weight is 30 kg./m2, sound insulation RW 35 dB thermal transmittance: for DL1.1 Uw = 1.4 (W/m2*K), for DL 1.1/2 Uw = 1.3 (W/m2*K).
During the order process, in the "comment to order" please specify:
- Clearance dimensions of the door frame. You can specify the clearance through the walls, in that case we are able to count the frame clearance dimension and send for the client’s acceptance. (In the table below, are given dimension of passage between door frame).
- Door side (left or right) and opening direction (inside or outside the protected room).
- If both parts of the doors are finished in different materials, this should be clearly described.
Presented prices are without VAT tax and transport costs. For individual customer we add 23% of VAT tax.
